Rosemary Blend for Memory
Place four drops of rosemary on a cotton ball or piece of felt and keep nearby as you study or work to help aid your brain to
remember. Rosemary has been proven to help the brain remember what is taken in while inhaling the vapors.

Rosemary Blend for Digestion
Place a drop of Basil and three drops rosemary in a teaspoon of grapeseed oil and massage into the stomach and the soles

meal.

Rosemary Blend for Wrinkles
Place a drop each of rosemary, lemon, and lavender in a teaspoon of jojoba oil and work into the face at night to help aid in
reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Rinse well in the morning with your favorite facial soap.

Rosemary Diffuser Aroma Blend
Another bright and perky diffuser blend pairs two drops of peppermint with three drops of rosemary in 100ml of water. Works
to help you feel relaxed and awake during the day.

In a 10ml rollerbottle, place three drops rosemary, 2 drops bergamot and 2 drops lavender and fill the rest of the way with the
carrier oil of your choice. Roll onto the wrists and other pulsepoints as a perfume that helps aid in confidence boosting.
